Apartment 701

When the homeowners bought this this apartment overlooking the MIG club Ground. It was a raw shell with nothing but plastered was indicating individual areas. This was a blank canvas that we wanted to use and functional and smart ways. We played with various surface finishes to create multidimensional zones in the house. The idea was to perpetuate cohesive living, even though there are several active areas in the space. The view is one of the best attributes to the Home. We work towards bringing the outdoors in by accentuating window openings and including greenery and colours that worked with the narrative, the brief was receiving a simple. The homeowners wanted a space that was light in nature and non-fussy, but here's the spanner they wanted all the furniture to be a statement piece. Hence this was a house of functional aesthetics.
